I have never had a specific dream job in mind, but one thing I have always known is that whatever I do, it needs to carry a positive meaning. Applying this principle influenced me to obtain a degree in psychology and motivated me to develop a lengthy and successful career in the recruitment industry, where I helped to elevate people’s careers and changed their lives for the better.

I worked in the recruitment industry and lead an agency for nearly 20 years. The continuous development was fuelled by my passion and resourcefulness to notice opportunities and overcome challenges. My versatile and extensive experience refined my skills, allowing me to establish partnerships with outstanding organisations such as Microsoft, 3M, Fujitsu, Coca-Cola and Accenture to name a few. Equally, I was most humbled and impressed by receiving “Leadership of the Year” nomination by the employees of my company.

In 2021 a global company made an offer to buy our recruitment agency. After the successful sale and exit I was excited to welcome a new chapter in my professional life. Drawing on my degree in psychology, experience in business and nature to empower others, I decided to become a career and executive coach and founded my new company, ClaraEst. I love working with people and organisations, whether it’s supporting someone’s career aspirations or creating a workplace environment where leadership unites, collaboration creates opportunities and people are motivated and inspired to do their best.

My promise as a coach is to provide a personally tailored approach and service, nurturing an equal and judgment-free partnership that creates a safe environment for clients’ awareness and development.
