My promise as a coach is to provide a personally tailored approach and service, nurturing an equal and judgment-free partnership that creates a safe environment for clients’ awareness and development. I like to begin with an introductory meeting to understand my client and clarify the expectations of the coaching outcome.
After our introductory meeting, I propose a coaching plan typically consisting of at least six sessions scheduled at least twice a month. Sessions can be conducted online, in your office or in the Avang coaching center for your convenience.
The introductory meeting is complimentary and will be followed by a personalised proposal, including the investment and outlining the approach how we best proceed. It’s important to recognise that achieving results requires commitment, sincere self-reflection and effort.

Career coaching involves a thorough analysis to uncover both the visible and invisible aspects of your career path. Once we’ve gained clarity, we focus on designing and implementing an action strategy to help you achieve your career aspirations.
Whether you’re an experienced leader or aspiring to become one, leadership challenges are ongoing — they evolve alongside our constantly changing world.
In individual executive coaching, we conduct a thorough analysis to identify leadership challenges and growth opportunities. Once the awareness is established, we enhance focus and performance to help you achieve your leadership goals.
Each team consists of individuals with diverse personalities, backgrounds, values, and ambitions. Bringing these individuals together and aligning their thinking, attitudes and actions towards a shared goal is crucial for the organisation’s success.
In team coaching, we will conduct a thorough analysis to assess the current performance, dynamics, and growth potential of your team. Once awareness has been established, we will focus on building a dream team dynamic.
Some people use the term “mentoring” interchangeably with “coaching”. However, mentoring differs significantly from coaching – mentoring involves a more experienced person passing on specific knowledge, where expertise in the subject is the key. Coaching, on the other hand, requires expertise in coaching, not in the subject.
Mentoring involves identifying specific questions, challenges or goals, and providing guidance and support to help you achieve your desired outcomes. My mentoring topics are closely related to my experience and knowledge.
